On September 11, 2026, Ms. Grace Sun, President of GLA Global Logistics Alliance, joined H.E. Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, and delegation on a visit to Huawei's Ox Horn Campus in Dongguan, China. The tour formed part of the China-Cambodia Investment Forum agenda, providing a concrete reference point for moving bilateral industrial cooperation from policy dialogue to on-the-ground implementation.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Descartes Exhibition Hall and gained insight into Huawei's technological capabilities in digital infrastructure. From digital foundations to industrial ecosystem building, Huawei's approach offers a clear model for China-Cambodia collaboration in electronics, electrical engineering, and high-tech industries and a practical pathway for Cambodia's industrial upgrading and digital transformation.

GLA's Deepening Engagement with Cambodia
GLA's engagement with Cambodia dates back to 2019, when the GLA Global Logistics Conference was first held in the country, establishing a starting point for China-Cambodia supply chain connectivity. In 2023, the China-Cambodia Cooperation Forum helped enterprises move from acquaintance to partnership. GLA later participated in the AFFA Annual Conference & General Meeting, contributing to regional logistics standards and efficiency. In June 2026, Ms. Grace Sun delivered a keynote speech at the Cambodia Investment Seminar in Beijing, offering perspectives on bilateral cooperation from a global network standpoint.

In May 2026, H.E. Chhieng Pich, Under Secretary of State of Cambodia's Ministry of Public Works and Transport, attended the 14th GLA Global Logistics Conference in Shenzhen alongside over 2,000 logistics entrepreneurs from more than 130 countries.
Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Sun Chanthol has visited GLA-hosted China-Cambodia Cooperation Forums on multiple occasions. In September 2026, GLA was again invited to the China-Cambodia Investment Forum and Gala Dinner, further strengthening its engagement with Cambodian government and business circles. Southeast Asia remains one of the most dynamic regions in global supply chains, and GLA's sustained commitment here reflects its evolution from network expansion to deeper regional integration. By connecting Chinese and Cambodian enterprise needs with global resources, GLA continues to drive regional cooperation toward practical outcomes.
