Accident reporting: inform GLA platform at the first time after an insured accident occurs. Provide policy number, accident profile and contact information.

Site treatment: actively perform rescue to reduce the loss, and cooperate with the site survey after the surveyors arrive at the site.

Provide documents: credentials of value, transport credentials, insurance credentials, accident credentials, loss credentials claim credentials, etc.

Document review: after receiving the claim document, we will give the document review opinion within 10 working days.

Indemnity payment: the insurance company confirms that the documents are complete and both parties confirm the amount of compensation, and the indemnity shall be paid within five working days.
