Company brief introduction:

RGW Express Warsaw was established in 1990 as a part of RGW Express Group - air forwarding
companies focused on the Eastern European countries market.
We are IATA Cargo Agent, AEO licensed Customs Broker and Regulated Agent licensed by Civil Aviation
Office. Recently we implemented internal Standard Operation Procedures consistent with EU Guidelines of
5 November 2013 on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) of medicinal products for human use.
Our staff consists of 30 employees including 5 licensed customs brokers.
Our office and warehouses are placed in separated cargo terminal at Warsaw airport.
Our bonded warehouse has direct access to the air field and is equipped with heavy fork lifts, 9 cbm 2 - 8
degrees cold storage room and freezer set at minus 20 degrees. We have dry ice on stock 24hours/day
and isothermal/UN packaging for biomedical shipments.
We offer 24/365 time critical service for any cargo (AOG, Bio-med, Automotive) as well as regular cargo
services such as:
- Air import/export handling
- RFS (Road Feeder Service) under CMR/MAWB;
- Ground Handling;
- Express Handling (two hours delivery time frame from the aircraft “on block”);
- On Board Couriers – import and export;
- Charters Handling;
- Customs Clearance as licensed brokers;
- Warehousing;
- Next day or the same day direct drive deliveries/pick up.
- Ocean import/export (LCL/FCL)
- Road transport within Europe (LTL/FTL)
Additionally we offer all kind of logistics support required by our partners.
Basing on the unique location of our warehouses and our ‘know how’, we offer our partners Time Defined
Express Handling. From the time the aircraft is "on blocks" until final delivery in Warsaw city limits RGW
Express has estimated 2h time frame as a target for TD shipments. All express TD deliveries beyond
Warsaw are performed immediately and directly to consignee by dedicated driver.
We are specialists in any kind of air shipments from standard courier consolidations through general
cargo, full charters, OBC and finally top urgent AOG supplies or biomedical shipments including DG,
controlled drugs supplies and diagnostic specimen at different temperature regime. We take special care
about the communication.
